Governance and Policy 

KBDC is dedicated to enhancing its governance practices to ensure effective oversight of TKK business and safeguarding of financial resources. With KBDC being newly constituted, the development of governance and finance policies to support operations is required. KBDC has partnered with MNP to develop and follow the best practices that align to the needs of TKK members.

Board of Directors

KBDC is governed by a Board of Directors including community members from TKK and external members of the business community. The Board oversees legal and business governance and provides strategic direction to the KBDC management team.
